1. DEFINITIONS

1.4 “Goods” are the products offered for sale by the Seller, including but not limited to hair care and grooming products.
1.5 “Seller” refers to Laurel Tree Ltd.,operating under LTI Imports, registered in Canada, with all necessary business certifications and tax registrations.
1.6 “Terms and Conditions” are the rules governing the sale of goods, outlining the rights and responsibilities of both parties.
1.7 “Website” refers to the official online platform of the Seller, where transactions and communications take place.
2. CONDITIONS
2.1 These Terms and Conditions comply with Canadian consumer protection laws, including the Competition Act, Consumer Packaging and Labelling Act, and Personal Information Protection and Electronic Documents Act (PIPEDA).
2.2 They apply to all transactions between the Seller and Buyer and take precedence over any other documentation or communication.
2.3 Acceptance of delivery constitutes agreement to these Terms, meaning that once the Buyer receives the Goods, they accept the terms outlined herein.
2.4 Any modifications to these Terms must be agreed upon in writing and signed by both parties.
2.5 Complaints should be addressed to the Seller’s registered business address or official email.
3. ORDERING & PAYMENT
3.1 Orders are considered offers to purchase and require Seller approval before processing.
3.2 If goods are unavailable, the Buyer may choose to wait or request a refund within 30 days,in accordance with Canadian consumer protection laws.
3.3 Prices are listed in CAD and exclude applicable taxes and shipping fees, which will be calculated at checkout.
3.4 Payment must be completed before dispatch, using approved payment methods such as credit cards, e-transfers, or other secure payment gateways.
3.5 The Seller reserves the right to refuse any order at its discretion, particularly in cases of suspected fraud or non-compliance with business policies.
4. TAXES & REGULATORY COMPLIANCE
4.1 All transactions are subject to GST/HST, as per Canadian tax regulations, and will be applied based on the Buyer’s province of residence.
4.2 The Buyer is responsible for any additional provincial taxes that may apply, including PST or QST, depending on their location.
4.3 The Seller complies with all relevant import/export regulations, ensuring that all products meet Canadian safety and labeling standards.
5. DELIVERY
5.1 Goods are shipped across Canada within 14 business days, using reliable courier services.
5.2 International orders not available .
5.3 Delays will be communicated, and Buyers may request a refund if the delay exceeds 30 days.
5.4 The Seller is not responsible for delays caused by third-party carriers, including postal services and customs authorities.
5.5 Title and risk in the Goods pass to the Buyer upon delivery, meaning the Buyer assumes responsibility for the Goods once they are received.
6. RETURNS & REFUNDS
6.1 Buyers must inspect goods upon receipt and report any issues within 7 business days, providing photographic evidence if necessary.
6.2 Defective goods may be returned for a full refund, including shipping costs, provided they meet the return criteria.
6.3 Returns must be properly packaged and insured to prevent damage during transit.
6.4 Refunds will be processed within 30 days of receiving returned goods, using the original payment method.
6.5 The Seller reserves the right to refuse refunds for items that have been used or damaged due to improper handling.

9. FORCE MAJEURE
9.1 The Seller shall not be liable for any delay or failure to perform its obligations due to circumstances beyond its control, including but not limited to natural disasters, strikes, supply chain disruptions, or government regulations.
10. CHANGES TO TERMS & CONDITIONS
10.1 The Seller reserves the right to update these Terms and Conditions at any time, with changes taking effect upon publication on the Website.
